This magnificent olive grove covers an area of 20 hectares, including 12 hectares of olive trees and the rest consisting of typical Mallorcan forest.
In 2007, Joan decided to launch this project and planted 3,000 Arbequina olive trees with the goal of producing the finest 100% natural extra virgin olive oil in Majorca.
His son, Miguel, has been involved in the project since the beginning, but it was in 2022 that he decided to fully join the business and take over its management.
Upon arrival at the finca, guests are welcomed and given an introduction to the project’s origins.
Activities include a stroll through the olive grove with explanations of agricultural practices, a visit to the olive mill, cellar, and packaging area with detailed explanations of the production process.
Participants are introduced to olive oil tasting, learning about different types, olive varieties, and qualities, aiming to distinguish extra virgin olive oil.
The tasting includes local products such as:
- Treurer extra virgin olive oil
- Seasonal Mallorcan coca
- Pa amb oli with cheese or ham
- Mallorcan bread or biscuits with sobrasada
- Mallorcan olives
- Oranges with honey, cinnamon, and Treurer olive oil
- Mallorcan wine and mineral water
The olive grove offers several experiences, including options with lunch or dinner included. There is also a charming small hotel with 9 rooms for those wishing to stay overnight and enjoy their incredible pool overlooking the beautiful mountains and olive fields.
