The Art of Terroir – Duration: approx. 45 minutes
Explore the world of Mallorcan wine with a tasting of three carefully selected cuvées — an elegant white and two full-bodied reds. An intimate encounter with the vineyard and its secrets.
A Journey of Flavours – Duration: full evening
Enjoy a unique gourmet experience: after exploring the vineyard and a refined tasting, savour an authentic dinner at our guest table or right among the vines. On the menu: a mountain-style paella or a generous open-fire barbecue, in a warm and bucolic atmosphere.
Traditions & Flavours – Paella Workshop – Duration: approx. 3 to 4 hours
Step into the kitchen alongside Chef Benoît and learn to master the preparation of traditional paella. A hands-on, convivial experience that blends culinary know-how, wine tasting, and the joy of sharing a good meal.
Little Sommeliers – Duration: approx. 20 minutes
Kids are invited to join in the fun too! Through a playful blind tasting of fresh fruit juices, they’ll learn to identify aromas and flavours while having a great time.
The Wine Moment – Harvest Day – Duration: full day
Live a timeless day in sync with the vineyard. At dawn, join the harvest in a joyful and authentic atmosphere, enjoy a vintner’s breakfast, take part in the winemaking process, cook and savour a homemade paella, then relax by the pool under the mulberry trees. A rare and meaningful moment, full of nature and conviviality.
