1. Bruno and Gori – The Soul of Sóller aboard Josep Paraguay Nou
From the port of Andratx, set sail toward Sóller with Bruno and Gori, two brothers raised among fishing nets and sea spray, heirs of a family tradition rooted in Catalonia and settled in Mallorca since their grandfather’s time. Aboard Josep Paraguay Nou – a modern 24-meter boat with a sun deck, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and six berths – enjoy a genuine day of fishing at sea in a warm and intimate atmosphere (max. 4 people).
During this 4 to 12-hour trip (Monday to Friday in July and August), you’ll share the daily life of the fishermen, observe their meticulous work with nets, and take part in safe, non-hazardous tasks. In summer, a swim or snorkeling break may be included. To top it off, Bruno will prepare a delicious arroz a banda with the fresh catch of the day (prawns, hake, monkfish…) – all included in the price.

2. Jaume and Antonio Llitra – The Tradition of Alcúdia aboard Nou Capdepera
If you’re near Alcúdia, another equally authentic experience awaits you aboard Nou Capdepera, a 16-meter boat equipped with kitchen, bathroom, and four comfortable cabins. From Monday to Friday in July and August, sail with Jaume and Antonio Llitra, fishermen with over 25 years of experience, who will passionately share their trade and maritime secrets.
During the excursion, you’ll observe traditional net fishing and attend a demonstration by seasoned fishermen. Again, no rod fishing here – you’ll take part in a human and maritime adventure. At the end of the morning, Antonio will prepare a traditional arroz marinero using the day’s catch: red mullet, hake, flatfish or squid – a delicious moment included in the price.
This outing is limited to a small group, in a friendly atmosphere, with an English-speaking crew.
